Ali Pfister is a digital wellness educator with Screen Time Clinic, based out of lower Alabama serving the Wiregrass and Dothan areas. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is the mom of 4 children. Years ago, Ali saw firsthand the contention and struggles that screens were starting to create in her home. Everything changed when she found Collin Kartchner and his #savethekids movement. The life-altering mentality that children didn’t need tablets changed her family’s culture forever and lit a fire of determination to advocate for more children to be protected from the real dangers of tech overuse and addiction.
Ali believes every parent can find confidence and peace in their tech decisions, offering school speaking engagements, educational seminars, parent and youth groups meetings, workshops, 1-1 consultations, and Family Empowerment sessions.
Ali‘s mission is to help guide parents during their child’s pivotal development, make parents aware of the dangers of online use, and promote childhood without screens. Ali holds a special concern for the welfare of children with special needs and learning challenges. While advocating for her child with Auditory Processing Disorder, Ali has been empowered with strategies and practical skills to help families navigate these complexities.
Ali is also the owner of Mindful Family Tech (@mindfulfamilytech), where she shares her passion for educating and encouraging healthy habits and safe boundaries with technology. Follow Mindful Family Tech on Instagram for free tips, information, and get to know Ali.
